Hexagram 13 Community
The model of the moment: Here an already existing group is found to be appropriate for the time and circumstances. The resulting totality is more than the sum of its parts. Some success has already been reached by the group, but far greater triumphs now appear possible. The course usually recommended for such times: Beware self-serving interests; they can darken the trust among members. Insure that all personnel have a secure and useful place in the group. Try to match a person's role with their interests and abilities.
Fixed (no changing lines);
This is a plateau process or event; the given model will hold true for an extended period of time. Attempts to manipulate events away from the present course could prove frustrating and fruitless, until destiny is satisfied. Consider the following as well as the above: Companionship offers not only physical help with your tasks, but spiritual nurturing as well. The unique community of which you are a part calls upon you to expand and deepen your role within it. You should heed the call.
Changing Lines:
1
Truth and openness in the group prevents mistakes. People are collecting together, though there is no threat.
2
Meetings often raise hidden tensions into full blown argument. It is necessary here for you to attain self improvements on your own. This requires some detachment from your group. This will be harder than maintaining the present status quo, but in the long run will bring benefits to all.
3
External threats are on the horizon. If this is recognized, the group can take preemptive action against them. In personal conflicts, don't waste your energies opposing stronger forces at this time. Wait and plan for better opportunities that will appear later on.
4
Your security is threatened. Take action. Subtlety and indirectness will serve you well in your attempts to resolve problems. Peaceful solutions are best and will bring good luck if attained.
5
There is strong resistance to a good and correct connection here. Persistence towards achieving this union in spite of the opposition will be successful and bring order. You must meet your enemy.
6
Maintain your dedication to your goals, despite the fact that they seem far from realization. A better time is coming.
When all lines are changing;
Remember that the community is much the same as the family unit, but on a larger scale. Thus, it presents similar needs for maintenance, compassion, organization, and adherence to proper roles by its members. Such things do not happen automatically. Members themselves must work to bring them about.
